Amanda and I had an amazing yoga session during the StapletOM Yoga Festival. Everything about this session fits my definition of perfect. From the light, the pop of color in her outfit, the bokeh in the trees, and the amazing poses Amanda has mastered. Everything came together so magically.
Amanda has this amazingly peaceful aura around her and it certainly emanated through her poses, and into the photos.
One of my favorite things about being a Colorado yoga photographer, is when my yogis bring their pets. Amanda’s pup, Stitchy, was very cooperative and made a great little yoga buddy.
I love making dance and yoga gifs so here’s a really bendy one for you.

I first met Lattice and his parents about a year ago. Lattice was one of our first (and still one of our favorite) dog sitting guests. He loves attention and being close to his humans. He will bury his head in your lap or push himself against any part of you that he can reach, just to be close. He’s sweet, cuddly, playful, and smart, but he can also be stubborn and picky. And he’s afraid of the bathtub.
As a Colorado pet photographer, I love being able to show the connections between people and their pets (or pets and their people)! Here is Lattice’s story, from an evening with his humans.

Baby Zeke came into the world on April 12, 2015 and I got to photograph him just four days later! I loved being able to photograph this new family in their natural habitat, their home.
I loved being able to photograph what real life with a newborn is like. All the wonders, the struggles, and everything that makes the sleeplessness completely worth it.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Earlier this month, Paradise 4 Paws and Denver Dumb Friends League teamed up and threw a great holiday party for dogs and their humans. I got to photograph the party for Denver Dumb Friends League and I was rewarded with many puppy cuddles and slobbery dog kisses.
Paradise 4 Paws, a swanky new pet boarding service, celebrated their grand opening and Denver Dumb Friends League brought a few adorable pups who were up for adoption. One of these cuties, Diamond, was a super sweet, calm, and friendly yellow lab. By the end of the day, she got adopted by a great family who adored her. Merry Christmas Diamond!
If you have an event coming up in the Denver/Boulder area, let me know. I would love to be a part of it and document all the best moments. Send me an email at email@example.com.
